I booked a flight through this site. An email came through confirming our reservation and saying our tickets would be sent soon. But the next day, I got a call saying the price we first agreed on was gone, and we could only travel on standby. To make matters worse, the rep I talked to was overseas and couldn’t help us out or get our tickets sorted. So now, we’re stuck with a 7-hour drive instead. I really recommend steering clear of this company; they’re just a bunch of dishonest scammers.

I clicked on the link from airfare watchdog.com to score some cheap flights. Should've known that deal was too good to be real. After I finished booking and entered my details like birth dates and credit card info, I got a call from a guy in New York with a thick accent. He told me that the $149 round trip deal had 'expired' and now it was $496 for the same trip! I turned down that offer, but I'm really upset and frustrated that my personal info got into the hands of such a shady company. I won't be using their services ever again!

I booked a flight for my boyfriend from Chicago to Little Rock, Arkansas through this site. I did the reservation about 2 or maybe even 3 weeks ahead of time. But when he got to the airport, they told him his name wasn’t on the flight list. We had no option but to purchase another ticket, even though I had already forked out for the first one. Sadly, we couldn’t reach anyone for help. The airline mentioned he might’ve been marked as a no-show because we didn’t get in touch with them fast enough. This whole situation cost us money and left us feeling really let down.

This company's methods are downright shady. They play with prices after you think you've 'secured your flight,' saying the tickets weren't bought in time and then jacking up the cost. It's a textbook bait and switch. I really recommend steering clear of them. Sadly, I've been through this twice, and I thought the first time was just a fluke. Turns out, it wasn't. I'm honestly baffled by how they still get any good reviews.

While they don't actually handle bookings, their tech does a great job of comparing airfare prices from different sites, which is a key part of how I plan my trips.

The prices are awesome, and I’ve got no issues at all. I’d surely pick their services again. While a few of the deals might be a tad misleading, it’s pretty much the same as what you usually see.

The site clearly mentioned that no modifications would happen without my approval, so I felt okay asking for a quote. To my shock, they quickly called me and pushed me to send an email saying I didn’t want any changes, or else they might cancel my whole flight. Looks like this company is based in India.

This site doesn’t let you book a round trip for over 28 days. Honestly, it’s pretty useless.

This site says it helps you keep an eye on prices for places you want to go. But man, it bombards you with so many pop-ups that just send you to different sites and airlines, and guess what? They always show you prices that are way higher than what was first shown.

This website is just plain awful! Has anyone really tried using airfare watchdog to snag a flight or keep an eye on ticket prices? They show a round-trip fare of $154, but every link they give takes you to prices that are more than $100 higher. I'm starting to think they’re just luring folks in with misleading info and then changing the game!

Back in March 2017, I booked a flight from Cranbrook to Vancouver. Just two hours after I made that reservation, I decided to call and switch the flight time. The customer service rep told me it was all good since they hadn’t even processed my payment yet because they were swamped. When I went ahead and made a new booking to replace the first one, they said they’d keep the same confirmation number as the original flight.

But then I found out they had actually charged my Mastercard for the first flight, and two days later, they hit me again for the second one. I reached out to them several times, and while they admitted their error, they didn’t do anything to fix it. I was left hanging for a whole month, with them saying the refund team was on it. After waiting a month, they told me the flight was marked as a no-show and flat-out refused to give me a refund.

I really wouldn’t recommend booking with this company, which also goes by the name of the Help Desk. They’re up to some shady business. I plan to spread the word about this awful experience on every platform I can to warn others about their unethical practices.
